Great service, very prompt and informative. I used this app that they offer with a small fee that makes things easier to keep all documents and dialogue. Only thing is I’m still waiting for my land registry a year later, hopeful I will receive it soon :)

I made a purchase using them as solicitors 3.5 years ago. A few days ago I got a letter from HM Land Registry about registering a deed for an application submitted 3.5 years ago. The owner of the property is still the previous one on the record even though I have paid mortgage for so long! I presume that they made the application but did not follow up afterwards. Can you believe that they did nothing following up the title transfer? No reply from them ever when I emailed them for queries. I purchased a property that now still does not belong to me! Can you believe that? How frustrating it is!

Regarding our recent property purchase: We were initially assigned a solicitor named Aisha Mather, who was horrible. After months of being with CLG, we could not progress at all... She was not replying to calls, emails, etc... And at some point, she was fired from CLG (as far as we could understand) and we were transferred to Jonathan Kidoushim who was excellent in every way it can be and really sped up our conveyancing process. We successfully completed our property purchase in the end thanks to Jonathan!

Martina is fantastic to deal with. She responds quickly and efficiently to any questions. She is very knowledgeable and thorough and went above and beyond with our recent sale and purchase. Our last solicitor (Holly-Jane) was great and very responsive. All went really well once she took over. The reason for a 4-star rather than 5 is that our first solicitor was terrible and just went AWOL half way through the process. No responses to emails or phone calls or anything. We requested the solicitor to be changed and all went back on track with Holly. Overall very good experience.
