The company was attentive with a drawn out process with the Buyers. However two points knocked stars off our scoring. A legacy interest of mortgage lender on our deeds was not noticed until late in the day. Though occupancy by tenants was known, we were not told of possible Capital Gains Tax implications which have to be reported within 60 days.
