The product was good and so was the service. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars. When purchasing the product it didn't inform you of any delivery deadlines. Having paid £4.99 for delivery I would expect some sort of estimated timeline on the website. That said, when I rang they did tell me it would be 3-5 working days via the Royal mail.
