Quick delivery

This is my first time buying from this company & it will be the last time! After reading reviews about how quick delivery had been for past customers & the website stating dispatch usually 1 or 2 days I placed an order on 1 April. After receiving order confirmation email I heard nothing more so last week I sent email asking about my order - I did get quick reply saying I needed to wait 3-5 working days. I did that - yesterday I tried to use tracking on website - but it stated my order no & postcode didnt match! So I again sent email enquiring about my order. It's now 10 April - I just got a reply telling me they are pleased to advise me my order will be dispatched today or tomorrow!!!! Really! What happened to the 'usually dispatches orders in 1 or 2 days'??? Obviously something has gone wrong with my order - likely items out of stock - would only have taken 5 mins to send me an email to let me know - you may be pleased about dispatching my order today or tomorrow but I'm not - let's hope saying 'tomorrow never comes' doesnt come into play! This order was for mobility equipment - it's obvious it was needed quickly to aid my living independantly - this is worst dispatch time Ive experienced for mobility equipment in past 15 years Ive needed to purchase it!

Excellent product and quick delivery

Needed the grab rails to replace chrome ones which had corroded. Very pleased with these as they cover previous holes & feel very secure. Have bought outside rails from this company too & mother is very happy with them. Would always go to this company first when I need any other aids as there are a good selection; well priced & delivered quickly.
