Won’t use this company again

Placed my first ever order with the company. I ordered a wheelchair, they sent me not only the wrong chair, but it was actually someone else’s return, that they had packaged themselves (poorly). It has their name and address on an invoice inside the parcel with their return details. When arranged for a collection, the courier said it was in too bad condition to take. No one told us we would have to re package it ourselves. I’m for the most part housebound and my partner is also quite unwell, so this has all been incredibly stressful. Essential aids sent out another chair, it turned up. But i’m still sitting with the old chair waiting to be collected in my porch. We used the new box (of the replacement) for the first wrong wheelchair, but the new chair that was sent, was also wrong. So we need the box from the actual chair I need, to re-box this other one, otherwise we can’t send it back. Not only is it the wrong chair, but the website tells me that is the chair I ordered, when it definitely isn’t, as it isn’t at all suitable for me and is out of my budget, so simply would not have and did not order it. I don’t know how this happens, but something has gone wrong with your site, and I either have someone else’s order, or there was a glitch when placing the order. No one will reply to my emails. We made the initial order on the 26th of march, it is now the 7th of April and i’m still sitting with both chairs in my porch and stranded in my home. When we called today (and they finally answered), they were extremely rude over the phone, telling my partner we have to cover the delivery for both wheelchairs, that they sent what I ordered and there’s nothing they can do. I’m stranded at home without a chair. Parcelforce had told them we weren’t available for collection, which was a complete lie. My partner spoke to the delivery driver and he refused to take it due to it’s condition. After my partner speaking to the man/woman on the phone at Essential aids, they’ve finally agreed to arrange collection for the first wheelchair- which again, is someone else’s return, so I really hope they’ve got their money back already. Currently sitting waiting for a call back about the collection of the first chair but no idea what to do about the second if they don’t collect it, as I can’t afford the charges. Never would have thought this would all happen, but if it did you’d expect them to at least try and help to sort it out. Due to all of this i’ve broken 2 commitments, and missed an incredibly important hospital appointment, so am now back on the waiting list. Absolutely fuming. I could just cry and scream. Never again will I use this company. Please just send me the right chair and come and get the other two.

Easy to order from website - rail is excellent. Parcelforce said they tried to deliver, no card left. I work in my front room by the window. No delivery. I then had to go on to Parcelforce website to re arrange delivery. They should just state they can't deliver not make out they tried.
