i paid for delivery from windsor store i live in apt building was home alone they dropped my couch off at back door to my building and told me it was threshold delivery (meaning door to building not door to your apt) and would not bring it up to my apt in elevator i will never order from them again ,money grabbing jerks leave a couch for a tiny lady to bring up to her apt

We bought a queen size bed from ancaster branch after a while bugs started coming out of the bed and we called customer service and they ignored my complaint ,they are so rude customer service I have ever seen so stay aware and don’t buy furniture from them so i had to get rid of the bed knowing that i still have 2 years of payment to go and i will lose 1200 dollars and god will never forgive them very bad store this is my last time will deal with them

We went to buy 2 TVs at the Teppermans
We went to buy 2 TVs at the Teppermans in Ancaster, ON. The sale guy (Eric) was ok and gave us some of info about TVs. So we bought 2 TVs floor models, next day I go pick them up and take them home. We open our first 75'' TV , turn it on and we see a round black spot on the bottom right corner of the TV. So we call the store back and tell them about it and tell us to call the manufacturer for repair. So really bad service for selling us a broken TV and the whole time he didn't turn it ON so we can see the broken screen . I'm never going there again such bad people there.

I WISH I had my phone on me to take a picture! When I went into the store in Windsor, Tuesday June 30 around 12 pm, every single employee (there were 7-8 of them) with the exception of one who was serving a customer were on their phone. One lifted her head up briefly to say hi to us and went right back to her phone-even the greeter at the door! Wow! This is what has become! I am shocked that management would even allow phones on the floor. With that said, I went elsewhere and bought my bedroom set from a store that appreciated our presence and our business.

Sunday March 22 2020 Is teppermans a morally responsible business? I notice the store is open for business so when I got home I called in. The female operator store stated happily yes they are open. I asked her, why they are open its not morally responsible to be open while the entire world is trying to flatten the spread. She was defiant she stated no it's not morally wrong to be opened. I guess she does not know what the word morally is I guess she thinks it's ok to be defiant I guess it's ok to show clients no concern or empathy I guess she thinks it ok to be offensive with people while working After that defensive re marks she stated we are closing on Monday I guess they did not wait to take the moral road they waited for the city to shut them down Thanks teppermans for not being good windso rites and generally good humans and making a personal sacrifice to shut this virus down. Every one needs to sacrifice to get the world back to the way it was even if it means losing money

First I am normally an extremely calm person, I have never written a review before, but I feel I have to let other people know, about this customer service. The customer service I am receiving is a atrocious, I worked in customer service for years, at 3 different places over my years of working, and we would never have treated people like this. We bought a power reclining loveseat, paid over 2700.00 for this product, and even bought the extended warranty. It was delivered on time, the delivery people were great. Delivered at 4:05, being new my husband of course wanted to try it right away, sat down for 20 minutes, then tried to unrecline chair. It would not work. Immediately called the number on the sheet they left us. My husband explained exactly what was happening. The person on the phone said, she would call the delivery guys and see if they were still in area, and they would come back. She said she would call back and let us know. 3 and half hours later we again called. This time girl told us they would transfer us to a manager. Transferred and got an answering machine. Called back again this time girl told us how sorry they were but they were so busy. She must have told us that 10 times. She tried to be helpful, but in the end said because they were so busy no one could possibly get here for four days. So the chair sits for four days extended out, having to walk around this stupid chair constantly. Four days later guys came out to look at chair, they say we can’t fix it. They call customer service to tell them. She then calls me to tell me oh we must need to send a technician to fix chair. What are you kidding me, you didn’t already figure that out when we called and told you what was wrong. Then she says she will send a technician, I told her hang on we had this chair for a total of 20 minutes, I want a new one, this one is faulty. She said okay we will do that, but they can’t have it here for another week. Still I am okay with that, but the guys that are here in my house right now, can not take this chair away. What I have to walk around this stupid broken chair for another week, because you can’t approve these two delivery guys to take away the faulty loveseat. I then told her just come get it and give me a refund. Because the website says satisfaction guaranteed. False, they only guarantee what they want to guarantee. Do not I repeat do not ever buy anything from teppermans.

On August 13, 2019, I purchased 2 accents chairs from Tepperman's in Ancaster. When I received the 2 accents chairs, you can tell that 2 different people made the chairs, one looked fine but the other chair, the arms were twisted inward. Also, one of the accent pillows was not sown on the corner, I was told that the person that would come and look at the chairs will also sow the pillow on site. I thought wow! But in fact, he did not and stated that he would replace the pillow instead. I don't know how to sow, or else I would have done it it wasn't much. That's another story, the replacement pillow was the same material but not the same pillow. lol I made a complaint to customer service, they had one of their service guys come to look at the chairs and he said it was fine, nothing is identical and it meets their criteria!!! What? so if it's not okay but meets "their" criteria, they will do nothing about it and you are stuck with the product that you are not happy with. I was so thrown off by that comment. I took pictures of the 2 chairs and I went back to the store. The sales person stated you can see that one has something wrong with it with the arm coming in, they are not even made the same. So, I went to the store manager and he stated that he would replace the chair but it will take awhile since Christmas is approaching. Today, 3 months later, the delivery guys came at 5:00 pm and they had 2 chairs for me. (I was only replacing one) I thought great at least one of them would be fine. NOPE! On one chair, the arm was sticking outwards and the other chair, there was a pull on the side because it was sown incorrectly. (are they getting people that have only basic sowing to do this?) I left a message with the manager at the store but he wasn't in and then they transfered me to customer service. I had to deal with their customer Twice since I have had these problems, Tepperman's customer service is not for the customer...they will give you a hard time. The young girl that answered stated that the photos that the delivery guys were not clear and require more photos. I advised her that the chairs were sent back and even the delivery guys stated the same, her response to me was, "they are only the delivery guys!!! OMG! So, I guess they have no value!!! Clearly I'm upset and when customer service told me not to yell at her which I wasn't, I didn't even continue, I asked to speak with someone else. I knew how that conversation was going. She stated that she will have someone return my call. I have not had a return call yet. I will not pay for the 2nd chair until I get a chair that is made properly or get compensated for the chair with the twisted arm. I would never recommend Tepperman's to anyone, I bought the chairs at a discount of $700.00 each before tax, so $1,485.00 These are not a cheap little chair, they are not the most expensive but the workmanship of "Decor Design" in Vaughn is really bad...might as well say, "Made in China". haha I probably would have had better product if it was made in China. Dissatisfied Customer!!!!!!!

Honestly they were great in the beginning until we wanted to finance. Because we had already paid for a few pieces of furniture they had to create another account and switch the rest of our furniture over to that account to be financed. But that never happened. We had to call them countless times just to make sure our order was correct. And after they gave us a scheduled date they said it wouldn’t be coming because of the switch over so we now have to wait longer. Then we got a call saying we had a balance owing from the stuff that was delivered. But they had told us that they don’t deliver unless the stuff is paid for! They have been such a headache to deal with. And you get the run around because no one answers the phones. Now we received the invoice for both accounts and have no furniture on the new account that we had financed and went to sign and got a delivery time so we may end up with no furniture delivered Jan 25. I called again and this time someone answered but our sales rep was not in. And the CS rep gave me a little attitude on the phone when I repeated the rep I wanted to speak with because she didn’t respond. So I thought she didn’t hear me. I just want to cancel my order but some pieces are actually nice and match the decor in our house. And we have looked at many other places too. Also customer service info was different than what our sales rep said to us. So everything has been a hassle with teppermans compared the another store we have dealt with and had no issues. And everyone was on the same page.

If my credit was stellar I certainly wouldn`t be buying the lousy quality furniture you sell. Just out of curiosity why is there a credit builder program if you have to have perfect credit to be approved in the first place??? Buy elsewhere and at least get quality for the money you spend.
