Everything was great but delivered the wrong stove That has been resolved with nre one being delivered Wednesday.

The first bed frame that was delivered was defective and they didn’t check the product before is was loaded. Then I arranged a second delivery. I never received an email about when they were coming like the first time. Called them and found out. We also ordered a chair that we didn’t know was ready also and being delivered with the bed frame so they came and delivered the bed frame. The delivery guys were great and after they left, I received an email about what was delivered and it said the chair was delivered also. Had to call back and they came back with the chair but made us late for our engagement as we had to wait for them as they were at the next delivery. The only stars go to our sales person who was fantastic and to the delivery guys for cleaning up after themselves and for being nice. I did wish the delivery guys checked the order sheet better because I had no idea the chair was ready.

Good solid product for the price. Delivery was well communicated, though they were 1 hour early for three window for delivery time . Worked out okay we were home.

Excellent customer service!! No pushy sales reps they tell you all the options and then give you time to decide. Our sales guy Doug was great walked though everything from start to finish.

Costomer service is exellent ,the delivery team was best on time,good managment.

Ordered a sectional couch, 58’tv, washer dry, was told They would set up the washer dryer they never did. Ordered hoses never received them for my washer, Turned out they were never ordered.My sectional wasn’t gonna be ready till June so they dropped off half in May what can I do with half a couch??? And now I got a flyer that says everything that I bought is on sale and if I bought it today I would’ve save $500. Not impressed!! Also when they dropped off all my merchandise the delivery guys did not wear bootees on their stainless steel boots and walked all over my carpet not very professional. Needless to say I’ll be going back in there to see if I can get the $500 that they overcharge me since they had a sale the week after I bought all my merchandise not happy at all!!!
