Delivery guys were good, was mislead into saying one of my products would be assembled

They did not add the ottoman on to my order which we clearly discussed, and the movers left the new couch in the middle of the room, without moving our old couch (as part of the complete setup and delivery) and putting the new one ou n place.

Everyone i dealt with were pleasant. I picked up my items at the store pick up instead of the delivery, the guys there were super helpful and very kind. I ended up having a bit of damage on my stove and called the 800 number and the girls were awesome didn't give me any problems whatsoever, they got back to me very quickly. Would definitely go to teppermans again thank you

I purchased a sectional 2 weeks ago and it was set up quickly and professionally. We love it! Overall a good experience!

First of all It took me 40 days to get the washer and dryer I ordered, when I was told I can get in 10 days when I ordered. On top of it the technicians who installed or the sales person no one cared to let me know I should have a hole drilled in the cabinet to let the dryer hose to be connected and so the steam functionality would work. Now I have a steam dryer but I cannot use the steam functionality. Pathetic. The sales people not sure of their names now, I once went in person to check on the status of my washer/dryer delivery, there was this sales woman who was sitting on the chair and keeping her legs extended out on another chair and responds to my query in such a careless manner. For a second I was made to feel I'm receiving a charity. Such a worst experience. Will close my Tepperman's association with this experience.

From the sale to delivery everything went as expected.

My home was damaged significantly during appliance delivery - hall door frame, and 12 different spots of wall damage in the home. Every wall on one side between the hall door and kitchen was damaged, in addition to the fridge itself, which will have to be replaced. The delivery truck also struck a parked car in the driveway while reversing. Complete and utter carelessness by the delivery crew, completely unacceptable and avoidable. Update (23 Apr 2019): It has now been nearly 2 and a half weeks since this claim was opened, and is still unresolved. The Delivery Manager took 7 days to initially contact me, and I left a message for him last Monday (15 Apr 2019) to contact me as I received a quote for the repairs. I'm still waiting on a call. Customer service replied below that this would be resolved as soon as possible, and continue to be monitored, but I am also waiting on a return call from them (left a message last Wednesday (17 Apr). This is proving to be a very frustrating experience with Teppermans.

Extremely disappointed. The leather chair we bought had a puncture in it and they were willing to only give us a small amount of the cost of repair. I have bought items from this place before and they don't stand behind their products at all. Never again will we shop here.
