My decision to choose a 5 star rating is in recognition of the excellent/superior service provided by Tepperman's Sales Representative, Delivery Crew and Customer Care. At every interaction my best interests were taken into consideration and respected. It was my first purchase from this company and I would not hesitate to return based on their Customer Service Policies.

Well I purchased a sectional a mattress and an adjustable bed base. not so happy because we didn’t get our adjustable bed base when promised so we have a loaner of the cheaper model the mattress we ordered came in defected I was told I have to come back to the store to re-choose because the mattress we ordered is discontinued . I was told it was a top-of-the-line mattress and they just came out with it and all of a sudden it’s discontinued not so happy . I spent close to $10,000 so my experience was unsatisfactory .

3rd frig and stove and now the frig doesn't even work. We have been dealing with these issues for 2 months. All our food got spoiled. We are just about ready to send back everything we purchased and get a full refund. This is Unacceptable.
