Box spring

My box spring didn’t fit in my house. No fault of teppermans. However I was told they would be in touch with me within the hour to discuss my options. It’s now been 5 days, I’ve called over 20 times without a response

Sickened with the unresolved return process.

I finally received my second couch as the first one was damaged in two areas. I waited about a month. The second couch arrived after a four hour wait during the middle of a Saturday so my day was ruined. Than my replacement couch arrived with the same damage to the outer arm,(nail protrudes under the fabric). I was so angry I didn't bother calling back and waiting perhaps another month. I even stipulated when I called for an exchange that someone inspect the sectional prior to delivery. The delivery guys were polite and said sorry for being late. Their technical skills were limited and their drill was nearly dead so I had to lend them my drill to install the legs. Come on! Teppermans are you serious? It's bad enough I have to wait four hours to receive a replacement sectional and it's of course the last one one the truck because I'm a replacement couch delivery. To make matters worse, I get a couch with the same nail or staple protruding but on the reverse side and I get two young but friendly movers that barely know how to attach legs with sub par tools. All around I am disgusted with my experience and countless phone calls and hours of waiting. I can't be an isolated incident as this series of events points to a systemic pattern of a pattern similar to this...pay for your product and delivery than receive a damaged product followed by a phone complaint to people trying to be nice followed by a visit from a technician that came to inspect the couch and tried to hide a snapped piece of wood on the frame with his back which my wife took a picture of when he went to his truck for tools followed by him doing a quick fix and pushing in the nail partially and when my wife said I still feel it,his response was don't worry you don't have kids or pets anyways! I was at work and he bullied her into signing the work order. My sick wife didn't need this so I had to be present for this last exchange. I will attempt to drive in this nail or staple myself as I've run out of patience to call yet again to start the same process over. Shame on you. Just because your call Centre people try to be nice and to make me feel better by acting sympathetic makes the end result all the more frustrating. I don't know what you can do to make this right.I have a sick wife that needs a couch to rest on and I've burned two Saturdays trying to receive a sectional in new and undamaged condition. If I wanted an as is style piece I would have bought an as is piece

Sales People good, Installation lacking

Sales people were great. Delivery guys nice and friendly but left packing tape all over washer and dryer and in pedestals, didn’t install the 4 finishing corner clips on either pedestal and didn’t take the time to balance the washer and make sure it was sitting level on the floor. First few washes we thought the machine was broken due to noise etc until we realized the issue and I had to fix it myself. The friendly service was a distraction for us not to notice the shortcuts taken. They were careful not to damage floors or walls when bringing the machines in so that was good.

I would say yet again I wish the…

I would say yet again I wish the service was better from the lack of knowledge about the items I was interested in to a disappointmenting lack of communication on paper work and my account. I’m just not sure if all the confusion is worth it. I wasn’t impressed when I bought my washer just last year (which is still a disappointment) with every load and I am not impressed with this last purchase which was bunk beds and two twin mattresses. I have just no more recommendations as I have always spoke so highly of your company and lately have been nothing but disappointed I find myself to be an easy person to interactive with and usually have a good idea of what I’m looking for before I enter the store but enough is enough
