I have worked all my life in some sort of service. I have seen everything and then some. I looked around and tried other companies with a cash deal. It was not a good experience but I tried teppermans. I am extremely impressed! Help from clerks like there is no tomorrow. Help and major courtesy from the delivery drivers. U have won me over big time!!!! I look forward to doing biz with u again!!!

Recieved my bed that cost me over $900 with no frame

Bought a Samsung Gas range with the additional warranty just incase. Stove is 4 months old and the metal covering started to blister and crack near the knob on the crease. Contacted Teppermans where they were quick to have me call Samsung because they don’t do anything for items after the 24-48 hour mark. Called Samsung and because the stove and oven is still working and this is a costemtic issue they won’t fix it. So I have a $3000 stove that the exterior has blistered and cracked, that is 4 months old and no one is willing to stand behind thier product. I don’t use chemicals on my stove at all. I am so disappointed with teppermans and Samsung!!!

I puchased a couch, chair, closet system and 1 dresser at Tepperman's during my maternity leave.. I had the intentions of paying cash for everything but the sales rep mentioned a payment plan for 18 months with zero interest. This was a good thing at the time because I just went on leave and I was also doing kitchen reno's. I paid for the couch and dresser and did a payment plan for the closet system and recliner chair. I paid monthly via online banking (always due before the 16th)and for the 18 months--During month 17 i get a phone call asking if I want to stretch the payment some more-- I said no--I am paying this in full and will be finished next month--no extra time needed. All is good-- 4 months later I get an email from Equifax saying I had outstanding credit owing to Tepperman's I called them and they were not helpful at all. They said when the woman called me on the phone it was to make sure I was going to pay everything in full-- they said my deadline was Feb 5th??... I paid by the 16th. Therefor I owed ALL the interest for the 18 months. The charged were close to 800 dollars. Got stuck paying 80.00 to them just so they can take it off my credit after begging them for 10 mins to remove the charges. I always paid on time, was going to pay cash initally--- awesome.
