Great experience on time and professional

Ordered a bed for my son Oct 1st was told 3 different delivery days finally came Jan 2nd and when we recieved it the hardware was not there to put it together then had to wait until Jan 9th to get the hardwear and now my child finally has a bed after 3 months of sleeping on a mattress. I was very disapointed.

I’m pretty happy with my experience with Tepperman’s, most of the staff I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. The furniture arrived on time.

Completely unacceptable customer service and products. We ordered a fridge and a dishwasher. The dishwasher we wanted was in store, turned out to be a special order someone else didn't pick up. Great. We get it and it is smashed! It was clearly dropped and then still loaded onto the truck. Apparently the warehouse guy saw "as is" so they can just smash the appliances and hand them out to people. So the delivery guys take photos and send them in and we call. We are told they will order us a new one and it's all taken care of. So two days later at a half an hour before they close we receive a call from teppermans. The dishwasher is not that price and they need a down payment now to order that dishwasher. So they smashed our dishwasher and they want us to pay to replace it! What kind of business is this? Trying to take us for MORE after they damage their stock? I will never order from here ever again and I will make sure all my family and friends know it as well. Too bad, I've ordered a lot from Teppermans.

The delivery people smashed up my door frame because it did not occur to them to take the feet off of the sofa before they brought it through the front door. (Even though they were exchanging the exact same sofa for a different colour which was in your truck with the feet in a separate bag. Had we not mentioned it, they did not come forward to apologize for what they had done or even point it out.

Its a great product.

Do you read these .. My wife, a long time customer of your store, purchased a desk online! She then went to your Sarnia store to sign papers as instructed by your credit department staff member! Lovely person! At that time, she did see the product on display! Arrangements were made for delivery on January 5! Twice, she told Tepperman's staff, that the desk had to be taken downstairs as I am recovering from knee replacement surgery! The Product arrived and 2 boxes were brought in and takem downstairsin as requested . To my surprise the desk was in 1,000 pieces,! No one had informed us on the sale of this desk, that it had to be put together. "Built" is a more suitable word! What furniture company does this? You buy furniture and expect it to be in one piece, not 1,000 pieces. It took 10 hrs of my time to assemble it! Yes, while longer than I would normally spend on such a project, my surgery has me very limited in my mobility! Reimbursement of the delivery charge would be impressive to me! A first time customer! Love the couches and bedroom set I purchased. Each came defective. Technician was able to fix the couch but the bedroom dresser is scratched and am waiting response to see what is to be done.
