Not very good, 1st appointment missed 9am-1pm day missed at work 2nd appointment 9am-10am, turned up at 11am I wonder if this company has any respect for other people’s time

Report from my sister who attended the appointment. Notice email of arrival time meant we didn't have to wait around an empty property all day, technician was polite and friendly, putting my sister at ease.

Stephen was prompt , polite, considerate & did the job.

Maxine was professional to a T. She texted me the previous evening with a time then turned up promptly the next day. She wore shoe covers the whole time. She was friendly and respectful from the start. She said she would send me her findings which she did that night. A thoroughly nice young lady.
