Just get on with the job!

Too chatty, wanting to chat all the time, moved furniture, ok to do his job but didn't put back again. Kicked the cats water bowl, water pool on kitchen floor. Worst thing was to use the toilet & leave seat & lid up grrr.

Had EPC booked in between 1pm to…

Had EPC booked in between 1pm to 5:30pm, never showed up. No message, no email, nothing! Cancelled this through estate agent and booked a more reliable service myself and saved £25 into the bargain. Would never book with them again, with so many other companies offering competitive services why would you.

Actually booking the appointment was…

Actually booking the appointment was the biggest pia ever, received a letter from sng and 10 minutes later received a text regarding booking an appointment, received 3 more text messages supposed to be a booked for the 7th of February no one showed up, then received a phone call on the day after the appointment and was asked to book a appointment couldn't believe it. On the day of the new appointment he turned up did his job and left. The guy was 5 🌟 but the booking system is 0 🌟 even emailed the ceo no response and the automated chat bot thing is a joke

I am not their customer

I am not their customer. My landlord is their customer. Why am I being asked to review their service. I was just ordered to be there at that time to give them access. They should ask the landlord, who employed them.
