Absolutely poor experience how do you define arriving at 15.39 to house and left at 15.52. My house is 5 bedroom. Report totally inaccurate you wrote about my loft but did not have any ladders to get into the loft. Wrote about room thermostat which I do not have. Reached out to assessor who did not want to know. Could never recommend

Energy usage estimates differed vastly from actual usage. Told I had an instant electric undersink water heater when in fact is a litre water boiler. Made my property an F rating when last time was a D, now house is devalued and more difficult to sell. Thanks a bunch.
