The inspection put my house down as not having double glazing. I had to discover this on the government Web site. So had to chase up to get it sorted

EPC man EXCESSIVELY ARROGANT. after going in loft jammed it shut so hard needed to be prised open with a metal bar aftetwards. Had left light in loft on. Removed our loft ladder pushing it off the siting bracket and had to get family help to replace it also left ladders on water pipes how it didnt knock them and cause a leak goodness knows !! A generally unpleasant person who also informed me the EPC had nothing to do with me anyway it was for potential buyer of my property.Took photos of boiler also and said needed to do this to prove the boiler was what i said it was !! A generally unpleasant experience that i had to pay for in order to sell my property 😡 If i could put nil stars i would . All in all an unpleasant experience.

The person who came was not wearing his ID I had to tell him to get it, when it came to looking into loft space he didn't do it.(maybe you need to provide him with a ladder for this.
