The assessor was on time, and had a proper look around to check everything out. Quick and efficient.

The assessor did not show up on the day of the appointment, and there was no way to contact Vibrant. As a result, I wasted an entire day waiting without knowing whether they would arrive or not. It has now been over two weeks since the assessment, and I have neither heard back nor received the EPC certificate. I had to check online myself. Additionally, I am dissatisfied with the ratings received, as I cannot understand why they have dropped despite the improvements made to the property.
