I booked a morning appointment and took the time off work. At 9.35am I got a text from Maxine to say she would be with me at 3.30 so I rearranged my day and went into work. At 11.05 I received another text telling me my engineer would be with me within the hour! I went home but no one turned up!!! Maxine arrived at 3.40
