Quick and polite

Vibrant Energy was chosen for us as part of the sales process with our local estate agent. The assessor completed his visit quietly, efficiently and without any disruption. However, given this was a winter appointment when damp underfoot and the assessment necessitated going in and out of the house we were disappointed outdoor shoes were worn in our home without overshoe protectors. All other trades we chose to engage respect this in our no outdoor shoes upstairs household. What a shame you don't when you're often assessing homes ready for the sales market.

Cheryl visited to do our EPC as we are selling our property. We arranged the appointment and were contacted beforehand to say she was arriving at a specific time. She was really pleasant wore her ID badge explaining how the EPC is done and what would happen following her visit. She seemed super efficient a lovely lady
