Not really good customer service

The hotline is always long queue which takes over 30mins to have someone to answer. I’ve received a email saying that my appointment was canceled. Had tried the live chat but I was told to make a call for making appointment.. Then I need to call and waited for another 30mins again Two stars are for the accessor did show up at the end.
