Representative arrived on time, early actually but had informed me and kept me updated. The assessment seemed thorough and the results were quick to be e-mailed to me. Very pleased.

very difficult to get hold on anyone at this company. Live chat dropped out 3 times so had torepeat all the information. Promised that the assessor would phone when he was 1/2 hr away so that I could be at the property along with the tenant however I had no call. Was promised that the assessor would call me to get further information concerning insulation. No call. Very disappointed. Poor Service

The EPC assessor telephoned about 30 minutes prior to his visit. He attended with his equipment a ladder to access the loft to check the insulation. He then did the assessment and explained how I could improve the score, which was already good at 77 a grade C.
