The guy that came to do the survey called first to let me know what time he was coming and was bang on time. He done the job quickly and efficiently and I can honestly say was a genuinely really nice guy. Great service and great employee.

It was easy to book an appointment for a new EPC (the original one had expired after 10 years). The assessor arrived on time and went through the process carefully and thoroughly. He was pleasant and friendly and answered my questions very well. The day after his assessment I received a message saying that my EPC Plus assessment was complete, along with a link to view it online, where I was able to see it and print a copy for my records. I am very pleased with the process and speedy results.

Really easy to deal with. I needed to rearrange the date of our EPC assessment and it was done quickly with no fuss at all. Our assessor was friendly and very efficient.

I give a 5 star rating gave a estimate time which is helpful was efficient and explained to me how they work out your assessment.
