Failed to do what they were required to do in getting out of Club La Costa timeshare contract and substantial redress. Work given to Andrew who sat on our case and did nothing. I believe he was dismissed for dishonestly. Stephanie did not do what was required in seeking substantial redress. All we have is an email saying we are out of contract. All that for £XK paid to Claim solutions group. Very disappointed Fullbrook have not gone back on old failed cases which are resolvable now CLC in administration.

After almost 7 years Fulbrook Associates have facilitated a settlement for us on a mis-sold timeshare, In the process recovering our costs plus simple interest.
