After being let down by another company who took our money and disappeared, we were contacted by an associate of Fullbrook Associates. We were sceptical after our previous experience, but within 24 hours of them receiving our paperwork we received a call from Maureen who re-assured us that we would not be let down again. Maureen was correct, after a few months, where my health took a downward spiral, we were contacted by Stephanie informing us that we were no longer a member of CLC. Within 5 days the Public Notary letter was with us. A massive thank you to both Maureen and Stephanie who delivered what they promised us, and they are still working on our credit consumer claim. I have no reservations in recommending Fullbrook Associates to anyone in the future.

We were becoming very frustrated with out timeshare provider, and so looked for a way out. We paid a fee to a company that engaged Fullbrook Associates. For the first few months little happened and we did wonder if we had made a huge mistake. But as time went on we were sent updates and at the end of December 2018 we received the good news that the contract had been cancelled. The relief for us is significant. We would certainly recommend Fullbrook Associates. They are professional and importantly contactable.

Fullbrook Associates did exactly what was required from us so no complaints regarding that. Would have liked to been kept up to date and not have to keep chasing. Also a telephone appt was made by them just before Xmas and they failed to keep it which was very annoying.

After a long long struggle, we are finally out of our timeshare. The team at Fullbrook have been great, with a special thanks to Maureen, who really has guided us through the process. We have had nothing but bother since the day we bought our timeshare and nothing but bother trying to get rid of it. At last we have been dealt with honestly and professionally. Fullbrook have been helpful in helping relinquish our timeshare with diamond resorts. Although that was 2 years ago diamond resorts still send us a maintenance bill. We send this direct to fullbrook and they have dealt with it each time so no hassle for us. We are still waiting for a possible layout and have been told that negotiations are still ongoing so as yet we are not fully satisfied.

All emails and correspondence were answered in a friendly and timely manner, with full explanations of the situation. After our previous experience, this situation was starting to have a big impact on our family life, but the reassurance and support from Maureen helped with that so much. Fullbrooks have their own legal representative who is very knowledgeable in the contract area, who also took the time to answer questions and eventually navigated us out of our timeshare agreement with CLC. Follow up help and support is also available, I would have no issue with recommending Fullbrook Associates.

Fullbrook Associates have on my behalf terminated an unwanted contract with a time share company. I have found Fullbrook Associates to be consistently most helpful, efficient and courteous and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to other people.
