Perfect perfect

Excited and deflated. Great to have the opportunity to buy some home favorites, however most of it did not travel well. The powdered products like gravy and Alpen arrived in good condition just later than anticipated. The chocolate was a molten mess, the shortbread biscuits were in pieces. I hadn't minded paying $30-$40 shipping for my whole order, however a 1/3 of it was no longer available so very expensive shipping for Gravy, Alpen, melted chocolate and some crushed biscuits. They refunded my missing items and the melted Easter egg with no fuss.

Easy to order from their website for any UK-sourced food items and the faster delivery to Canada I've ever seen. Great products and awesome service!

The delivery sucked it took weeks to get me my shipments. But everything arrived safe no crushed boxes. Being a Brit I miss having the candy and hula hoops.
