I have ordered 14 days ago and Nothing! I am really disappointed as the website points out a max of 10 days, I try to track via DHL and it is still in England. Really frustrating as it is powder milk that my baby needs! If I ever get I I will not use it again!

The delivery took a long time but that was something that couldn’t have been avoided. I did contact customer service when it was taking so long and they were very helpful.

Absolute joke! More than 60% of my order was out of stock. I ended up paying $87.99 postage for a handful of items that I had chosen just to make up the space in the delivery. Shop sent me an email to see what I wanted to do, didn’t wait for the reply and sent it anyway - then treated me like it was MY fault that they sold me 28 items they didn’t have! Use the British Corner Shop instead! They know how to treat a customer.
