I never received the item. When I tried to get back the money the guy was rude and block me. Dont trust this website.

Is this a joke. I have been trying to contact your company about not receiving what I ordered and no one has responded, also your customer service number is not even in service.

Let me start by saying that this is the best hair that I have EVER purchased! I ordered this unit for an event and needed it in less than a week. (At the Last Second, Literally) I communicated with the company and they replied very quickly. They had the unit expedited to me and I received it earlier than they had anticipated. The packaging was beautiful! The hair had a very pleasant, clean scent. The color was perfectly executed just as it was described on their website. The hair was full, yet a natural, everyday density. It was true to length and absolutely gorgeous. The hairline came pre-plucked and pre-bleached which was a huge plus for me. The lace blended very well and there was no shedding! I'm so happy with this purchase, I am a customer for life! There's no need to look any further! Trust me!

Royalme has the best wigs and the best customer service, they reached out to me regarding an order I placed, they not only fixed the problem, they offered me a discount on my next purchase for the inconvenience, I have purchased multiple wigs and the quality has been the same each time, I will continue to purchased their wigs, I hope they that they start selling more styles in 12 inches.

I have been a costumer for more than 2 years now , and the hair was beautiful with top quality.the quality of the hair is the same but they don’t have lace front wigs anymore (they use less lace at the front)and the prices are higher, so I’m not that impressed anymore .so I’m looking for a new company to buy from .I only buy from them when I’m desperate

I have been purchasing Royalme Units for over 5 years now. And believe it or not I still have my first unit and it is still in perfect condition. I must admit I had one disappointing order. I thought I was ordering a unit in a pony tail but can you imagine, it was just a pony tail. I was so very disappointed, and it was to complicated to return, so I did the next best thing and attached it to another one of my girls. I did inform Royalme that this is/was clearly false advertising and they should not have published the unit as a pony tail unit, just a pony tail This last unit, (which is my 5th or 6th lady,) about a month ago, I considered ordering it in a longer length, but after wearing it and receiving so many compliments, I thought this isn't bad at all. Very little maintenance is needed. As a mater of fact shake and go. I'm happy again I will continue getting my girls from RoyalMe hoping to continue to be happy
