Wig did not come colored as displayed on their website or social channels. I had to dye it black & color again myself. Also the shipping & processing time took 1 month to the USA.

Great quality of hair. I have purchased 3 wigs over the last 2 years, trying to find my perfect wig. I just wish they did a little better with the coloring, especially the blending of their ombre coloring, and wish they provided more shorter lengths. Not everyone wants long 18+ inches of hair. But I keep shopping their website hoping to see the perfect one for me because I know the quallity of their wig is really good and they don't get tangled.

So far the ordering process has been ok waited 7-10 for my unit as stated on the website.. the wig was nice but returned it for a longer length and the VIVIAN has made it easy for me during this whole transaction.. So far customer service is nice

ABSOLUTELY WORST FRAUD SITE EVER

I have bought 5 wigs in the past. This was the first time I needed to send the wig back! Absolutely nothing wrong with it just the wrong size! My complaint is it is way to difficult to return it . I tried calling no one ever picked up ! Still waiting for the return code!!!

The lace front is a little thin for me. But, otherwise I really like it

I’m very impressed with my wig. The hairline came pre plucked with bleached knots. The parting blends very well with my scalp. The hair is so soft even after washing. I will definitely be purchasing another one.

I was doing my research on Youtube, as most do, and stumbled up a few videos of woman doing reviews on RoyalMe hair. I was a little reluctant because some hair company give influencers better hair than paying customers but I watched ones from smaller Youtube channels and I was eventually convinced. So, I bought 3 wigs and they were all IMMACULATE! The BEST wigs i’ve ever bought. The hairline was perfect, i did absolutely nothing to it. And they all came with an adjustable elastic band, which can be removed. Totally exceeded my expectations. So go buy that wig!
