Had dead pixels on my old screen, the replacement arrived well packaged on the date promised. At first startup it was not quite as bright as my old screen but a simple adjustment on the laptops display settings soon put this right. After about five minutes of being switched on the screen went from white to pink. I contacted the helpful Sales Team and they suggested a cable issue so I removed the cable, cleaned it and plugged it back it carefully and now all good, so thank you Guys, your assistance is much appreciated.
