Replacement screen arrived today with tracked 48hr delivery as requested. Very well packed and protected for such a delicate item (Amazon should take note!). The actual screen replacement was a bit of a faff, but that's no fault of the company, just the way it was built and stuck to the lid. The new screen is bright, no dead pixels, exactly what I wanted. Would be happy to recommend and will definitely use again should the need arise.

Dell Vostro 3500, cracked screen needed replacing. Dell offered to repair at home for 300 Pounds, and a new screen for 160 Pounds. Shocking. Laptop LCD sent out the screen straight away and the screen is better than the original. This is the reality.
