Having a bad experience purchasing a screen from a different seller/supplier for my Asus ROG Zephyrus G14, I was sceptical about buying another screen. After a few weeks pondering, I took a chance with this. Postage was really fast. The screen was well packaged, and only took me a few minutes to swap out. After reassembling my laptop back together, I took a moment and a deep breath as a put my thumb on the power button. The post logo came up, Windows booted up and a mere few seconds after I was greeted by my desktop... a sharp clean image with no unwanted "printed letters" on the inside of the screen. I'm so extremely happy. If I could give 10 stars for the service, the reliability and peace of mind they've provided, I wish I could. Hats off to you all and thank you so much!!

Easy to find the correct part (the laptop screen required WAS NOT standard as the Big Name UK retailer sold it as UK-spec - and it wasn't). The part came VERY well packaged. On time. The existing online help they provided had already told me to be wary of the fact that the laptop spec wasn't as the retailer had claimed, but it also showed me it wasn't a job to be dreaded. Naturally, I don't want to experience a laptop screen failure ever again, but if I did, then my FIRST option would be Laptop LCD-screen.

Only replaced the screen 10 days after receipt. All is working as expected. The screen arrived extremely well packaged and protected.
