Well first off it was hand delivered by the royal mail so not left under my car or at the front door or chucked over my back garden fence as it would have been with other delivery companies. Hand delivered by the post office, big plus for me, came at 10.30 am, you cant get any better than that truthfully. I ordered it on a Saturday or Sunday night I think, it was here by Monday or Tuesday, it was pretty quick to be honest. Screen was very well wrapped and protected. The box was not slashed, dinted, cut or a massive foot print on it. It was in perfect order. Opened the box, watched one of their YouTube instructions on how to install the new screen and about 20 minutes later laptop was up and running and the new screen was perfect. Definitely buy from here again. It was a very straightforward process and very happy with the outcome.

Ordered screen just after 2 pm and it was at my door by 10am the next morning so by 11am the laptop was back up and working

Ordering process was simple, delivery was on time, packing was well done and the LCD arrived and worked great. The only issue that I saw was a single dead pixel near the centre of the screen, however for the laptop user, this wouldn't be an issue.

I found the specific model number I was looking for easily, the price was much cheaper than I anticipated, i chose next day delivery. The process was quick and easy and i even replaced the screen myself. 10/10

Really great product. Good online support. Good searchable site. As a suggestion it might be good to explain that some parts are interchangeable to save customer having to go back to post sales. Also, mounting tapes etc. Could be sold if there was a “customers also bought” section. Apart from that, great service.
