Be careful of Quidco and Lego offers

Took advantage of Black Friday Quidco 50 bonus deal with Lego. The condition was that the on line purchase had to track. Bonus not being paid as purchase didn’t track with Lego. I went directly through quidco and completed my purchase. Quidco say it was Lego at fault. Spoke to Lego who said it was Quidco at fault. I believe that it was the fault of Lego who refused to pass my complaint onto a manager. Very unhelpful. Also one of the items arrived in a very ripped box

Sold my item to someone else because…

Sold my item to someone else because they chose a delivery partner that doesn't deliver then ignores me! Item was purchased 3rd of Jan. The attempted delivery was a picture of a random carpark. 23rd Jan Lego email saying they want to give me a refund as the product is no longer in stock. I replied straight away asking for the product that I purchased. It cannot be out of stock if you still have the item I paid for unless you have sold it to someone else. In which case you have sold goods that I own! 5 days later I am still being ignored! Update: customer services offered me a refund on Monday and a gift card for the inconvenience and apologised explaining why it was no longer in stock and that returns are donated to charity only to find that they are selling it at a higher price through their Amazon store. Profits first customers last!!

Never buy a Lego from Lego.com

Bought a Lego set before Xmas, they didn’t have the item in their stock. I asked for my money back, they haven’t refunded it for 2 month, but then sent me the Lego set instead. I complaint about it and sent it back. DPd confirm that it is delivered to lego warehouses 11 days ago but Lego customer service said, they don’t know if they received it yet ... Tesare said I need to be Patient and wait another 4-6 weeks to get my refund. It already been 2 month and I supposed to wait another month basically to get my money back. I have called them 4 times and spent at least 3 hours on phone. I really hope they will get sued one day for this service... NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LEGO! Trouble customer service ... Trouble ...

Bestelling bij dpd zoekgeraakt. Na melding bij Lego per omgaande vervangend artikel geleverd en voor de overlast nog een sleutelhanger toegevoegd.
