An order of 3 items was placed, paying for express delivery; they were delivered late, missing the celebration date. Then the order was wrong, even the the paperwork within the box said they had packed the right thing! Slow to respond, and when I then replied to their response, silence. I have a product that is not what I ordered an which cost a lot less. Unless I get this order and response, I will report to trading standards for stealing my money and, quite frankly, being useless.
