The wrong color of weather stripping came. I tried their contact page - no response. A few days later, I then called and left a message because the phone was not answered. After almost a week - zero response. I would not do business with them again.

As of now I can’t give a true rating. The delivery was great but my garage still won’t open at the pad so I’m not sure if my wiring is defective or the pad is faulty. I haven’t had a chance to check the wiring yet
