While they made the purchase quite easy the issue I have is with these return/refund policy. We opted to purchase the high cycle springs though miss measured resulting in us returning the springs. When we returned the original product they opted to only credit us for the standard springs rather than the high cycle springs. When we inquired as to why Chris stated that is was due to the high cycle springs are considered a service. No where in the refund policy nor purchase agreement was it stated that the high cycle springs would not be refunded at full amount purchased. I would not do business with this company again based on this plus they have stopped communications without providing a justification on why the higher coil springs would be considered a service. Expressgaragedoorparts.com has a way better customer service while similar priced product.
