Called with a question to make sure I ordered the correct gear for my opener...they returned the call and offered two choices, OEM and aftermarket. Read the description and the aftermarket was more durable and less than half the cost so I ordered the aftermarket. Shipped right away...only suggestion would be better instructions, but I found good video instructions on youtube.

They helped me get the springs I needed and let me know how many quarter turns the springs required. It would have been better if they would have suggested replacing the bearing plates.
