Acceptable but not flawless
Ordered a couple programmable garage door opener remotes from the website. Turns out they weren't the right kind and they would not work with my garage door opener. After waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes finally found out that all I had to do was throw them back in the mail with a copy of the original billing statement. Oh and the fact that I had to pay for shipping a second time to send them back and that I will only be reimbursed the purchase price. My total was $60 before shipping ... after they send it to me and I have to send it back I'm at over $70! And I'm still waiting for my refund to my account.
