Shopping online with Moving Up Garage Doors was fairly straightforward. My order was fulfilled right away, and shipped at the first opportunity. The company offers customer service, and recommends that you call if support is needed. I've attempted to do so on several occasions during their hours of operations, but I was unable to reach a live Rep. In my case, it was important to speak with a live person to resolve my issue, but unfortunately that did not happen. If you know what you want, and you do not need to speak with someone, Moving Up Garage doors is the company you.
