I ordered a spring online and the next day I received a call. They wanted to make sure that I had ordered the correct spring. The person on the phone talked me thru some measurements and sure enough I had ordered the wrong size. They made to chang3 my order and got me the right one.

Door opener not compatible with my door
Tried to link with my door for 20 minutes before driving to Home Depot and buying a opener and linking to my door in 30 seconds
