Chris emailed us after we placed our order to help confirm the wire size and length to make sure we were ordering the right spring size. When it arrived, my husband called and Chris walked him through mounting a left hand wound spring on the right side. Quality product and went above and beyond to help us fix our garage door. Very appreciated!

Great customer service - great pricing. Product arrived within a few days. Unfortunately my impatient spouse contacted an overhead door contractor and had the door repaired before the springs arrived. Good news - return policy is very liberal. Return shipping costs however exceed the purchase price of the product. Now the proud owner of two lovely springs I have no use for. Tiz the way it is! Should the need arise - would readily do business with Moving Up Garage Door Company again and confidently recommend the organization to a friend.
