I recently had a blowout on one of my garage door spings. I'm 59 and I highly recommend you to get someone to help you if your door is 18' by 8' and insulated. ( I managed it alone at a slim 220 lbs, barely). However, the company made it look easy, and the procedure is also. The weight and torsion of the large springs should not be overlooked!!!
