Used the website to order my springs and they walked me through getting the proper ones. they arrived on time and I installed them and the door opens better than before. I would recommend this site to any DYI person. It was not hat difficult to change out.

They are not difficult to work with but they can be dangerous. Please exercise all safety precautions to ensure a pleasant experience.

I have a Clopay Garage door which needed Torsion springs so I called Clopay and they gave me a part number. They referred me to the Home Depot so I brought the part number to them. The Depot associate did not know what to do with the part number so we called Clopay together. We finally were on our way to getting the part that we needed however the problem was that the delivery was going to take several weeks. This was Unacceptable. I called Moving Up Garage Door Company and spoke to Chris, he asked me the door weight, and door Size then came up with the springs that were required within a minute. I called Chris several times with questions and he was very helpful. I felt really confident ordering from him, The springs were delivered within 5 days and I am proud to say that the Garage door is working better than ever. I will refer friends and family to them for their Garage Door hardware needs from now on.
