I am trying to reach the customer service for about a week now. No one answered my order never came, and i am still waiting. I want a refund but i cannot reach the customer service, this is awful do not go through them

There was an issue with the delivery of the part that was ordered. I called during their normal business hours and nobody answered the call. I left a message on the answering machine requesting a call back. I never received a call back from them. I had to track the package myself and deal with several different people at USPS to locate my missing package due to the lack of customer service in this company.

Seem great to me. Easy to program. Nice and small.
