I absolutely love all your products Currently right now I have 10 different products from you. All are incredible. I got the deep wrinkle filler was a little disappointed it didn’t do that much for my number 11s but I wasn’t really expecting it to however with that said it softens the skin around it so they don’t look so harsh. With that said your products really work the texture of my skin is incredible and I can feel the tightness in my skin look and feel great about the way I look. Thank you so much❣️for your incredible products. with that said, I keep well stocked up on all the products I love and nobody knows my skin better than me I already have a regiment for day and night. For the life of me, I can not log into my acct at Beverly Hills MD. I called Customer Support and they gave me a reset password link and I followed it and I still couldn't log in. Your website login is as bad as Googles--they constantly have problems and I refuse to use their website anymore. WRONG!!! Your claim of reduce wrinkles, according to my experience, is wrong!!! I’ve lost more wrinkles, 95%, than you stated on your website. My skin condition is more like a 35 year old than a 59 year old!!!! Please explain?

Actually I’ve been purchasing for several years now. About 10 days ago I attempted to place an order using my almost 500 points, for some reason when placing the order it kept processing and finally logged me out. When I logged back in my points were gone and the order was not placed. Several attempts were made to contact the site with zero response. Never did get my points back or able to place that ordet

The order process is ok ... it's the customer service that is inefficient ... I sent an email to support about using a product ...never heard back ...I've sat on hold waiting way too long for someone to answer my phone call ... started using the text chat which is also a time suck process ... Amanda canceled an order that I had no idea why... where I got 50% discount and using my 234 points ... a d I am still waiting for my points to go back into my account....
