Renew and Restore.

I have purchased the Renew and Restore several times and I love it. It does what it says it will do and my skin has never looked this good. I get compliments all the time and I am 74 years old.

Most of products are good

Most of products are good. Bad experience with the eye cream that before was too aqueous, then the recent one didn’t penetrate into the skin, anyone could see white around my eyes The sunscreen cream also too white on the skin even after a good massage Then I cannot use ever my rewards points when check out and I keep losing them! The cheating person wasn’t too helpful either. Maybe you have to change something on the site to help people to use those points! Thanks

I love all the products I have tried so far and I wish I could afford to use all of your products because I know they are all top quality. But since I am on a fixed income, I have to pick and choose. So I am very thankful for the points system where I received a free product. Thank you!

30 plus minute wait and no help

BHMD emailed me that my accumulated points for buying products were about to expire so I decided to place an order and the prompts are terribly confusing. I tried to apply, it said it would apply and clearly did not, I was charged full price. I called the next day to rectify to no avail. I gave up and told her to just cancel the order. I had All ready been on the phone 54 minutes. Way to much hassle honestly. Totally disappointed I didn’t get my products.

Called to check on item that was out of stock. Clerk was very helpful gave the date that product was supposed to arrive. I love the products I have purchased so far.

You customer service is awful

You customer service is awful. I tried to contact you by phone and waited 25 minutes. At the same time I was trying to contact you through your online chat and that never happened. It kept telling me the wait would be 10 minutes, then 15 minutes , then 20…ridiculous waste of my time.
