I am really a VERY good & loyal customer, who has had a GREAT many unfortunate issues, especially with my face. My husband had been diagnoses with lung cancer, & it was in October of 2020. The year of COVID-19, & he had to go to Penn hospital for tx.—& during this time, I was unable to be with him AT ALL. I am a former ER Nurse, & it was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT for me to comply. We were separated during Thanksgiving week into December. My face had broken out-all over, with some on my neck. I did get to my Dermatologist, who prescribed a medication that is just now clearing up. But I had been a subscription for the BHMD products and I have enough for myself and my Sister. I had been unable to use the products I have purchased, but I needed some that I had not purchased. Some of the products are WRINKLE REPAIR NIGHT TX.; PLUMP + FIRM COLLAGEN BOOSTER; NECK SERUM; HYALURONIC FACE MASK; I cannot recall whatever else I could have used. But I have to admit that the “Anti aging lip enhancer has done NOTHING BUT GIVE ME A VERY EXPENSIVE LIP GLOSS!! I also have so much product, that I have purchased, (because I had a “SUBSCRIPTION” & I felt that I purchased it on a “SALE”…../“SPECIAL”—Honestly, I have SO MUCH, that I cannot even begin to WEAR IT ALL. I called frequently to ask “HOW DO YOU PUT ALL OF THESE PRODUCTS ON!” And I believe that someone had emailed me some sort of card, on “How I should be putting these on-from thin to thick?!?! I am really a very loyal customer-& I had not been able to use your products since I really broke out. I have really tried. Perhaps you could help me out in some way, as a Registered Nurse I am NOT a stupid woman, & with all the money I have spent, I am not quite sure “WHAT WORKS & WHAT DOESN’T WORK!!!” I only ask for help, as I am a 67 year old woman who is desperately trying to look my best in this life! Old skin / new hope
I am 68 years old and have not put any effort in caring for my face over the years. During this pandemic, I have researched and put a great deal of thought into the products to try. I am using several Beverly Hills MD products and have faith I will see improvements shortly. Stay tuned.😊

I really saw no difference in my skin…
I really saw no difference in my skin using 3 months worth of this expensive product. I see better results when I use Tretinoin/Retin-A and a moisturizer as my regular routine, and a buff puff to exfoliate.
Great customer service
I love this product, but I don't go through it at the same rate all the time. The service team at Beverly Hills, MD is very helpful in accommodating any changes in the frequency of shipments, etc. Now that the website allows for personalized accounts, I can even manage the delivery frequency myself, which makes it even easier.
I took your product for a few months
I took your product for a few months, but at age 75, I know I'll never look as good as I'd imagine anymore. For me, it's probably a waste of time and money. I have taken good care of my skin since I was in my 20's and I'm sure I won't find anything that will give me the "fountain of youth" experience anymore.
