this product was ineffective in diminishing the facial wrinkles. Even applied again over make up and no evidence of a decreased and smoother skin surface.

Great! I had a problem with my eye cream separating - it was purchased one year ago and just opened, stored sealed in a drawer in my bedroom. When I emailed asking if this was common, while I did not get an answer to that question, I did have the agent tell me she would be sending out a new jar of cream. That's a win for me! I totally just expected an answer, not a new jar of product.

On my third tube and I do not see much of a difference and I do use it daily.
