I searched the web for weeks trying to decode the E-bike market for my first e-bike purchase. I landed on six three zero and read about their story, watched videos and then called customer service, I spoke with Joyce who was super helpful and very patient, as I asked all my questions, as one answer typically lead to another. She is also an owner rof one of the models of bikes which was comforting as she customer too. I purchased the Fat Tire Zip n Fold. Afterwards I joined the FB group and read thru the postings. I now belong to a community of folks with similar interest, connected for helpful hints and trouble shooting if needed. I look forward to my bike arriving next week.

Love Love Our E-bikes! I love my sixthreezero Evry Journey so much; I decided to purchased the e-bike. One for husband and myself. They arrived quicker than I anticipated. The assembly was easy. These bikes are gorgeous. I really like the fact we can remove the battery when hauling the bikes. This bike looks like a regular cruising bike. We get compliments on every ride we take.

The bike is comfortable to ride and performs well.

The representative even followed up with me and made sure I was more comfortable with the set up process. I didn’t have to wait on hold, I got a representative right away, and they sold my problem right away so I’m happy.
