Well packaged and protected in transit. All the pieces were there and it was very easy to do the limited assembly required. It’s a good looking bike and a great price

Bike was broken to start with and I had to wait a month to get working pieces and pay a bike mechanic to install the broken pieces. Once it finally worked the bike really isn’t good.

The customer support I received was incredible! It genuinely felt like they were more interested in ensuring that I had a good experience as a new rider than in selling me a bike. I am happy with my new bike but it is the level and quality of support that made this made this an exceptional customer experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Numerous problems and trike sitting for over a month unable to ride with no solution.

The trike as a product I do like and it is good quality and so it serves my purposes well for now. The three star rating is for the fact I had a terrible frustrating time with the assembly process (one third of the trike needs to be put together before you can ride it and the included instructions are just sad, not that helpful. And I am not a bicycle mechanic). I had some assembly issues that I tried to get help with from sixthreezero customer service and that was a slog! Customer service didn’t seem to understand my issues even after I sent pictures and then I was sent the wrong part. By this time I am done with the hassle and I wound up rigging up something myself that worked. So if you are a bicycle mechanic this trike is for you, if not, look for one that comes fully assembled or close to it

I had to call up customer service to ask some very specific questions. The rep knew their stuff inside and out and helped me make the right purchase for my daughter. The bike arrived one day early (awesome) and was fairly simple to assemble. It was the right one for my daughter and she LOVES it. I would buy from them again.

Very comfortable seat and the video you made to show the difference between all the seats available made my decision very easy.

I am a senior citizen woman. The recommended bike was too big for me. I am 5ft. 1”. The handle bars was too wide and I had trouble getting my leg to the other side. I wish I had gotten a bike with 24” wheels instead.
